Sessions
How sessions work
No surprises. Here is the whole thing, from booking to walking back out the door.

Before you come
Once you book, I will email you a form to fill in. It covers your background and anything that would be useful for me to know. It takes about ten minutes and it means we can spend our time together on the work rather than on paperwork.
If anything on it feels like too much to write down, leave it. We can talk about it in person, or not at all.
On the day
You will find me in a quiet room in Red Beach. I will send you the address when you book.
We start by talking for a bit. I want to understand what you have brought with you, and you want to get a feel for whether I am someone you can sit in a room with. Both of those matter.
Then I explain the technique and show you the touch before I use it. Nothing happens without you knowing it is coming.
The work itself
You stay awake and aware. You are in the conversation the whole way through, and you can stop, pause or change direction whenever you want.
You do not have to describe what happened to you. Some people talk a lot, some barely at all. Neither is better.
If at any point you would rather apply the touch yourself, say so. I will guide you through it.
Afterwards
We sit for a few minutes before you go. I will not hustle you out the door because the hour is up.
Some people feel tired afterwards. Some feel a bit wrung out. Some feel absolutely fine. I will talk you through what to look out for and how to look after yourself for the rest of the day.
